Repeated canceled orders
I ordered a necklace from them and the order was canceled. I was also promised a price match because after they canceled my order they increased the price on my item. When I called they said it was their bank verification system. They stated I had a chargeback years ago with a partner company and that’s why I’m being declined now. I have never had any charge backs so I asked them to look further into it. After they did this they emailed me and said to place the order again. Once again my order was canceled. This time I called they said they can’t control the bank. They said I have to keep trying until it goes through. I asked what happens if it cancels 100 times, they said there is nothing they can do.
I am starting to feel as though this company doesn’t want my money and it’s racially motivated. I have never had any chargebacks in my life nor had to deal with ordering an item multiple times being charged and it keeps getting canceled. I would be very weary of ordering with this company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stated that I would get additional 15 percent off clearly on the page of purchase. Code didn’t work: emailed them and they said too bad they can’t help. Had picture evidence too and still no help. BAD WEBSITE.

Still didn’t receive my order
I placed an order over 1 week ago.. still didn’t receive a tracking number or my order. Order status doesn’t recognize my order number and zip code.
Can not reach anybody for an update.
Very disappointing!

Ordered 2 times from there so far
Ordered 2 times from there so far. First time one of the items in my order was out of stock after I placed order! they never told me till I reached out to ask where are my ordered items. Second time the same. Don’t use this site!

Delay shipping service
No matter choosing express or standard delivery service, there is always a delay and very disappointing.
Received a tracking number but the parcel has yet to ship, it takes a few days to get the update or almost over weeks. The delivery service is not the same as mentioned “2-3 business days”.

Charged me a shipping fee for purchases…
Charged me a shipping fee for purchases over €450 then emailed me a few hours later to tell me that purchases over €250 won't incur a shipping fee

Then I emailed and still haven't heard back at all

The website didn't work well once I logged in

The problem wasn't with you
The problem wasn't with you. My purchase (earings) that I really want were supposed to be delivered by FedEx. The dmay they were delivered, I had to go to hospital. The driver called me when he arrived at my house and said he would deliver the next day. Took the day off work but no one came and I've just found out they're returning them to you. They made no other attempt to deliver. Not at all happy

Great sale, item perfect and delivery within 3 days in EU.
Will definitely order again
Only problem is inconsistency between website and app. I ordered my item on website on dale and on the app I couldn’t eve find the item.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Made 5 orders last weekend and spent at least 14ooo dollars. they had a sale, and I purchased multiple items. Today, I get emails saying that they had to cancel my orders because the items were out of stock. I also received a different email claiming the same thing about 2 days ago. I go on the site again, and sure enough the items they claimed were out of stock were actually in STOCK SELLING FOR A HIGHER PRICE.
not to mention, any other time, shipping is mega slow, and costumer service is no help. Last summer i purchased some shoes and the box came empty. Thank god fedex was honest and called to let me know that they sent me an empty box. Although fedex who initiated the claim, I did not get my refund until I filed a dispute with my bank a month later.

Customer Care Misleading

I've asked customer care about the same question (i.e., materials) twice.
In order to avoid returning the parcel and the tax I paid will be lost.

Finally the answer was wrong and it misled me to purchase the item I don't want.

Within a month, I bought two luxury clothes over €1000,
Both of them goes without original brand hanger,
I found some customer also has similar problem about shoes without shoebox,
However, I've noticed customer care when I dropped my second order.

It's disgraceful and ridiculous, doesn't it?!

Didn't you know it's big lost to foreign customer like me to return,
Because local tax is paid and no refund...
